Shipping & Return Policy
UNITED STATES: We ship some of orders directly from our warehouse in California and we also outsource our shipping to Amazon Fulfillment Center within USA to strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is about $5 for your entire order (per item) in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use USPS shipping service for orders placed on official site. If you are Amazon Prime member or your order amount is above $30, your shipping within USA is free.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Our official website www.joyalbeauty.com can provide international shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for international delivery. Also, please note that you might have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your invoice. We do not charge tax or other fees for international orders. We recommend you choose DHL International shipping instead of USPS International shipping because DHL is faster and safer and USPS does not provide full tracking info for some countries. If you choose free shipping (orders above $150), we have to use USPS shipping to save the shipping cost.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the USPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are usually grouped together to save your shipping cost. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER There is an easy way to track your order:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the USPS, UPS, or DHL tracking number.
DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE
- We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
- Most items are available to ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
NO-RISK RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, no questions asked. You can easily get a full refund from us.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the products arrival date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please understand that skin care products are for personal use and we don't accept open box return for healthy and safety consideration. However, we might issue the full refund to the open box if your skin is allergic to the product or not satisfied with the product. This policy only applies to the first time user with one unit for each SKU only.
- Customers will need to pay for the return shipments. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant shipping delivery error. Returning to our Amazon store is simple and easy. You may contact us through Amazon message with your order ID.
- You can use the original shipping box you received from us, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
- If the product is returned outside of the 30-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging for your reason, We will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise.
- Because our products are for personal care use, please understand that replacements and exchanges are not supported. Customers can return their original order for a full refund and create a new order for the replacement. If you receive a damaged product due to post office delivering error, you don't have to return it. Just simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID, our support team will send you the replaced order within 1-2 business days.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
